Sometimes, South Africans can restore each other's hope without even trying. Two young men from different parts of South Africa are doing just that by following their passion for robotics.

Cool Story Bru, a content creator who shares some of the most interesting and inspiring news on social media, shared the story of two young men, Aubrey Shabane from Bushbuckridge in Mpumalanga and Temba from Bergville, KwaZulu-Natal, who are making waves in the world of robotics

The duo have been building fantastic contraptions using everyday scrap materials. They have showcased items such as robots and prosthetic arms, and Temba even built a car from scratch.

What sets these two apart is their passion and ability to use what little they have to create some of the most amazing pieces of technology.

One video features Shabane interacting with his robot, MJ, as they chat about the benefits of using Zambuk.

Both men are looking for funding to perfect and patent their inventions. Check out Temba using his prosthetic arm on TikTok
