This mother of three has a hack for school holiday munchies, and we are here for it...

The school holidays are always stressful for working parents.
Having to think about what the kids will get up to, coordinating around busy work schedules so you can keep them occupied and ensuring that there is enough food and snacks at home.
Social media is buzzing with parents and guardians who have formed an unofficial support group for how to survive the school holidays with hungry kids.
One mother came to the rescue and shared her simple solution for surviving the school holidays.
For Sadie Rhode Torquato, a mother of three from Johannesburg, the solution lies in the simple question: "Why is your kitchen stocked up in the first place?" She boldly told parents that they played themselves by stocking up.
Torquato said she keeps just the right amount of food in her house to avoid the kids demolishing the grocery cupboard.
"There's no finishing groca (groceries) in my regime because there's no groca to finish! I'll buy it again when schools open," she says.
