Finding food lodged inside a child's nose is a common experience for many parents.

However, it can be alarming if it's your first time experiencing something like this. Some parents choose not to take any chances and think visiting the emergency room is the best solution. Others find the best solution is simply grabbing a few household items like an earbud or tweezers.

In a recent social media video a toddler's curious encounter with a noodle had mom and dad diving into action — nose first.

The video, which amassed more than 14 million views, shows the father trying to remove the noodle from his toddler's nostril while mom documents the moment.

The child is very forthcoming, which is unusual for toddlers, and remains still as his father attempts to pull out the object, only for it to slip back in.

Then he uses a cotton bud to push it out and grab it from the child's nose.
