A wedding day is one of the most unforgettable days in a couple's life as they celebrate their love and take the next step into forever.

The day is usually filled with high emotions for the bride and groom hoping for a perfect day, but wedding days also come with their fair share of little surprises.

A video shared on social media showed a bride and groom facing a challenge with an uninvited guest at the altar. While the bride was saying her vows, she seemed visibly uneasy which didn't go unnoticed by her husband-to-be. Of course, no groom wants to see a look of discomfort on his bride's face, especially when she saying her vows.

Thankfully, the reason of the bride's discomfort wasn't her getting cold feet, but a buzzing from inside her wedding dress.

The pastor noticed the bride fiddling with the back of her dress, causing everyone to turn their attention to the dress.

One of the bridesmaids, the groom and the pastor tried to locate the source of what was troubling her. Finally, the bridesmaid discovered there was a hornet inside the bride's dress.

Britannica describe hornets as "large social insects that tend to be black or brown with yellow or yellowish markings. Due to their size, hornets have a reputation for being more dangerous than other wasp species, though they are not always more aggressive."

The groom was the mirror of calm as he reached into the back of her dress and 'wasped' his bride to safety.

Guests joked that their honeymoon has come early as the groom looked down the back of her dress during the ceremony. He was celebrated for putting his vows into action before they were announced husband and wife.

One thing is for sure: while the bride was left buzzed after almost being stung by the hornet, she blushed after her groom came to her rescue.
