Having sex at home can make you happier at work

According to research done by the University of Oregon and the University of Washington, sex can do wonders for your career.
The study found that having sex the night before going to work can help improve your satisfaction and engagement at work. This is because of a hormone released during sex called dopamine, which helps improve your mood.
The study, which was published in Journal of Management, was done on 159 married employees over the course of two weeks.
"Maintaining a healthy relationship that includes a healthy sex life will help employees stay happy and engaged in their work, which benefits the employees and the organisations they work for," one of the researchers, Keith Leavitt, said.
"This is a reminder that sex has social, emotional and physiological benefits, and it's important to make it a priority. Just make time for it," he added.
