First, we thought the 'Hello' parody was going to be the biggest lockdown hit, then the Max Hurrel 'Zol' remix came out and we were convinced it was the new Covid-19 anthem. Now we have a new contender for the Covid-19 lockdown anthem, and we love it.

Two brothers Don and Steve Steward have come up with a brand-new Coronavirus anthem which is a parody of Dolly Parton and the late Kenny Roger’s ‘Islands in The Stream’.

The lyrics for the song describe the adjustments we've had to make since the outbreak of the virus, from eliminating hugs to not visiting our family members, and fits in perfectly with our new social distancing lifestyles.

We also came across another parody of the same tune that was created earlier this year. A couple from Franklin, Tennessee, in the USA sang about stocking up on supplies and surviving quarantine.
