Video of man operating a moving car's engine has South Africans in stitches

A motorist filmed the strangest scene on the road - a man was seen sitting inside an open bonnet of a car while someone else drove it.

The said car also had a loaded trailer attached to it as well as a driver and a passenger. It isn't clear where the incident took place, but the car was in a residential area. The motorist taking the video could not contain their shock and laughed throughout.

The video was shared on Twitter by the Minister of Transport, Fikile Mbalula, and South Africans cannot get enough of it.
