Updated | By Nkhensani Manabe

For this young boy, riding a bike without the training wheels for the first time was going very well. He rode confidently across the field, but then he was met with an unexpected challenge: stopping the bike.
He seems to forget how the brakes work, and bumps into a pole head first. His mother, who had been encouraging him while he was making steady progress, can be heard gasping when she sees her son hit the pole.
