Bear spotted taking a dip in a jacuzzi while sipping a margarita
When this California man sat out in his backyard for a drink, he did not expect a brown bear to walk in and join the party.
July is the height of summer in the United States. Those who have hot tubs or pools have the privilege of a relaxing atmosphere in which to escape from the heat and, if they are so inclined, to have a few afternoon drinks.
A California man who was sitting in his backyard doing just that was amused to see a young brown bear chilling in his (unheated) hot tub.

Residents of California who live in areas that are densely populated with bears often see the creatures milling around in their backyards. But none of the bears that have come before has been as bold as this one found in one Mark Hough's backyard.
The Cut reports that Mark, who was calmly enjoying a margarita in the afternoon, heard some commotion outside. He went to see what was happening and that was when he saw the brown bear playing with the jets of water and the thermometer in the hot tub.
Once it tired of playing in the water, the bear climbed out of the tub and then "walked right over to the margarita, knocked it over and lapped it", according to Mark.
It's good to see that the bears also know how to beat the heat and have a good time.
