Manchester United grant grandad's dying wish

The 73-year-old, who suffered from prostate cancer, had only one dying wish – to meet the United squad.

His granddaughter, Kayleigh, took to Facebook to plead for the team to grant her dying grandfather’s last wish, and thanks to the power of social media, the wish was granted.
Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard, Ashley Young, and Timothy Fosu-Mensah took time off to make the man’s dream a reality, paying him a visit in his home in Wythenshawe, Manchester.
Sadly, Lawler died 45 minutes after meeting them, wearing his United shirt, Independent reports.
