Nasty fight breaks out during boat race in Maryland
A video has gone viral showing a group of ‘drunk’ boaters involved in a nasty fight in Maryland’s Eastern Shore over the weekend.
In the video, posted by Daryl Newhouse on Facebook, the boaters can be seen lashing out at each other. As the fight escalates, one of the boaters takes a boat hook and smacks it over the other's head until it breaks in half.

"We started to follow them because they were operating so unsafely and appeared very drunk. I seriously worried one of them was going overboard," Newhouse reportedly wrote on Facebook.
The fight happened on Sunday and has caused over $3,000 in damage to the boat, Fox 5 reported. Police are reportedly investigating the incident, and charges have been laid against one of the boaters.
