Love and luck is in the air with The MalJan Show and #JacarandasEverywhere

As summer approaches the Jacaranda tress are in full bloom and so are the myths about them. MalJan took to the streets to see just have superstitious you are and wether or not you could get "lucky"

The Jacaranda tree, known for its beautiful purple flowers that blossom every spring.
However, besides their beauty they also carry with them a few myths.
The first one is that of luck with your studies. The Jacaranda tree is associated with the Amazonian moon goddess who is known for her wisdom and when a Jacaranda bloom falls on a student's head it means they will have good luck.
The second myth is that of love. The myth suggests that if a petal falls on you while walking under the tree, you will fall in love with person you are walking with. However, when it comes to being a student, you definitely want a petal to fall on your head.
MalJan headed out to bring some good luck to a few students.
