When participating in this years Off The Beat 'n Track, why not get a few extra tips from a pro to make sure you have a little extra fun on the day.

Philip Buys is a professional mountain biker and a South African Olympian. He participated in the 2012 Summer Olympics where he competed in the Men's cross-country event.

He joined our very own Elma Smit out at the Big Red Barn to give her a few tips on what not to do on the trail.

Off The Beat 'n Track offers something for any age and riding skill level, with courses ranging from 2km for the tinker-tots, to 5km, 15km and 35km for the serious riders.

After the race, you and your family, and those who just attend to enjoy the music, will be able to set up on the luscious lawns for a picnic and relax to the tune of some of SA's best live entertainment acts - Goodluck, Die Heuwels Fantasties and Dr. Victor.

Make sure you get your tickets now to join us for a family fun day of mountain biking, kids' entertainment and picnicking on the 21st of April at the Big Red Barn in Irene.

Entries to cycle are now officially closed but you can still join us for #MoreMusicYouLove and enjoy a great morning out with the family. Tickets are available at race pack collection or at the door on Saturday.
