Are you a budding entrepreneur or someone who has already started your own business?

Martin and Tumi had the opportunity to catch up with entrepreneurial tycoon Sir Richard Branson.

Sir Richard Charles Nicholas Branson is an English business magnate, investor, and philanthropist. He founded the Virgin Group, which controls more than 400 companies.

Branson expressed his desire to become an entrepreneur at a young age. He was just 14 when he started a student magazine and pitted two of the world's biggest business rivals against each other — Coca-Cola and Pepsi.

He spoke to Martin and Tumi and referred to finding a business partner "who is like a brother, somebody who has the same ambition as you".

When asked about the worst people in business, Branson preferred not to mention a specific name but said that "he is the type of person who is always looking for the worst in people", and that is not a trait needed in business.

We'll let you figure out who 'that' person Branson is referring to is...
