We met our fifth finalist, who is in desperate need of a calf implant.

Dylan Moller, 22, struggled to walk as a child and had surgery which affected his one calf muscle.

No physio was given post-operation to regain strength in his affected left calf and therefore his calves are different sizes, which affects his confidence.

He gyms five times a week and is desperate for a calf implant.

"It's difficult to be confident - because you know the problem is there. When people walk behind you, you feel self-conscious about the leg," he says.

"I don't feel confident when I go on dates."
