SAHETI School in Bedfordview is an independent, co-ed school established in 1974 by a group of founders under the leadership of the late Advocate George Bizos. SAHETI stands for South African Hellenic Educational and Technical Institute.

"We have received the IEB NSC examination results and I am sending you details of SAHETI’s top achievers. They are led by eight pupils who each achieved full house distinction passes (i.e distinctions in every subject they wrote) - a phenomenal achievement! Furthermore, two of SAHETI’s top matrics have been named IEB Outstanding and Commendable achievers respectively," the school commented.

George Georgiades is SAHETI’s top candidate, achieving the highest average (94,2%) and nine distinctions.
