First billionaire rapper revealed - and it's Jay-Z

The first ever billionaire rapper has been announced by Forbes - and we are not surprised at who it is!
Superstar rapper and husband to popstar Beyoncé Knowles, Jay-Z, is the first ever billionaire to appear in Forbes magazine with the primary title, 'rapper'.
Jay-Z started his career in 1994 and has gone on to produce big hits such as 'Holy Grail' and '99 Problems'.
The 'Empire State Of Mind' rapper is also a fashion trendsetter, a music mogul, and a sports management company owner.

But that is not all! Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, has various businesses that he either owns or has a stake in:
- a $70 million stake in Uber
- his ownership of the streaming service Tidal
- his $70 million art collection
- his ownership of the Roc Nation sports management company
- $50 million in assorted real estate holdings and his music catalogue
