South African musician Ivan Roux performed 'Lighting Crashes' live on Breakfast with Martin Bester.

In 2018, Roux was announced as runner-up on the first season of the reality TV show, 'Die Kontrak'.
'Die Kontrak' is a reality TV show centered around searching for the next big Afrikaans artist.
Roux has since signed a contract with the record company, Coleske, which is home to the likes of Bobby van Jaarsveld, Corlea Botha, and Die Heuwels Fantasties.

Roux has also performed on major stages across South Africa. His 2018 album, 'Daai Ding', was also in the top 10 sellers nationwide.
