The South African National Defence Force (SANDF) were roped in to quell violence and looting in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal.
Basic food and ways to save businesses are a top priority.
Food and daily necessities are difficult for many families to get hold of. Many people are not able to work, thus the increase in poverty. Many communities will struggle to recover from the devastation caused, but we can help!
There are many ways to help, even in the smallest way to give some relief to people who have lost their businesses, homes, family, and hope.
Here’s a list of options to aid KwaZulu-Natal:
1. You can send virtual vouchers via Shoprite Group
You can send food and supplies to family and friends through a virtual voucher. The voucher can be bought on www.computicket.com.
2. Join the KZN Emergency Relief Drive
The fundraiser is managed by Ellipse Institute for Social Impact NPC in partnerships with The Lions Clubs KZN.
