The brand new micro-living apartment block in Cape Town called, The Ivory, is finally complete.

The apartment building is located in Sea Point, Cape Town, at the corner of Kloof Road and King Road.
The five-storey apartment block consists of 31 micro-living apartments.

A 25 square meter unit costs R1.45 million, while a 32 square metre unit with a balcony costs R2.575 million.
