Martin Bester recently ordered take-aways and he was left horrified when he found hair in one of his potato chips! Martin immediately set out to contact the store, but he was left going back and forth without any positive feedback.
“You do not want to ‘drag’ people because everyone has a right to a successful business, but you just want to help the business by telling them what was wrong."
