Pianist plays the South African anthem amid despair as a sign of hope for our nation
Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
Jenny Bowes, a piano teacher based in Durban, found a piano amongst the debris left in the aftermath of the chaos that overcame the country last week.
Bowes went to a storage facility that was looted and found a piano that was left outside. She proceeded to play the South African anthem as a sign of faith, not just for her situation, but also for the people of the country.
