Should parents be banned from taking pictures at school ceremonies?

Taking a picture or video at a school ceremony can be very frustrated. Do you think it should be banned?
Are parents turning into paparazzi at school ceremonies?
Parents and family trying to take pictures and videos at school ceremonies and concerts can be very irritating and frustrating to others.
It can be for many reasons. Privacy of the other children as well as parents not enjoying the event in the moment.

But how can we change this for those who want to get that perfect picture?
Schools should allow for these functions to be recorded (both video and pictures) and then families can download the images and videos they want to post after the event.
