Tips to help you prepare for Off The Beat 'n Track

Tracker and Jacaranda FM present Off the Beat ‘n Track, a mountain biking and music event set to offer routes for family members of all ages.
The countdown has begun! Just 10 days to go until #OffTheBeatnTrack!

The event features routes for tiny tots, intermediate, advanced, and competitive riders, plus a world-class music festival after the race, and is set to be packed to capacity for its 3rd installment. Kids aged 2-12 years can choose from the 1.2 km, 5 km, 10 km riding distances.
Wondering what you need to do to get you and your family ready for Off the Beat ‘n Track ? Well, we have got you covered.
MAKE SURE YOU TICK THESE BOXES BEFORE HITTING THE TRAIL:
- Wear sunglasses and a good helmet.
- Wear padded bike shorts.
- Bring some biking gloves.
- A good pair of sneakers should do.
- Bring a good hydration pack or water bottle to stay hydrated on your hot, sweaty ride.
- Fill your bag with all the essentials, lip balm included!
The day will also be filled with the sounds of some of the best artists in South Africa - Lloyd Cele, Rubber Duc, DJ Jazzy D, and the newest artist to the line-up, Dewald Wasserfall, will all be in action.
Rubber Duc joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to performed their hit song, 'Through The Night', at the Tracker offices.
