Crazy facial treatment involves using fire on the face

Some bold and fearless beauticians in Japan have come up with a facial treatment that involves alcohol, towels, and fire.
A towel is soaked in alcohol and placed on the face. It is then set alight for a few seconds to a minute. Another towel is then used to put out the fire.

Apparently, the treatment burns away bad cells and removes excess fat. How crazy is that?!
