The way you start your day has a way of affecting the rest of it. If you want 2018 to be better than all the other years, you have to decide today to make positive changes, and that includes starting your mornings the right way. 


Below we bring you four things that you can do to better your mornings: 


- Say a prayer


Take just a few minutes of your time to say a little prayer before you start the day. Be thankful for yet another chance to live and make a difference in the world.


- Meditate


Starting the day with meditation helps one clear their thoughts. It also helps reduce stress and helps improve concentration levels. So prepare for the rest of your day by taking 10 minutes to meditate.


- Write down your plans


Keep your day planner by the side of the bed and write down your plans for the day every morning. This will help direct your steps for the day. Then each evening, just before you go to sleep, tick off the things that you managed to achieve and have a plan for those you didn't manage to achieve. 



- Have breakfast


It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is true. Have a proper, nutritious meal before you start your day. Eating right will help your body function properly.
