Experiencing burnout changes your thinking process completely. Burnout can persist even after the immediate stress is resolved.

Here are a few signs of burnout:

  2. You want to get or run away from your problem/s.
  3. Can't get anything right. 
  4. You are exhausted. 
  5. You are getting sick more often. 
  6. No confidence. 
Here are a few ways to fix burnout: 

  1. Connect with your support system (Family and friends)
  2. Do something you enjoy. 
  3. Treat yourself. 
  4. Go offline (Put your phone off)

With smartphones, you're almost always connected to the things that stress you out. You can relax and forget about work and stress by turning off your phone and laptop for a few hours.
