South African restaurant makes it into top 50 in the world
Some of the best dishes around the world are made right here in South Africa at a restaurant called, Wolfgat.
A list of the best restaurants in the world has been released, and the good news is that South Africa’s Wolfgat restaurant has made it onto the list.
Wolfgat was named the 50th best restaurant by William Reed Business Media - the publication which publishes the World’s 50 Best Restaurants annually.

The restaurant, which is based in Paternoster in the Western Cape, serves a series of tasting dishes presented in seven courses for R1,050 per person.
Some of the dishes include local lamb and venison, and seasonal veldkos.

The best restaurant in the world is Noma, which is found in Copenhagen and serves dishes such as dried moss, ants, and mold.
