This is a growing trend on TikTok, and couples are coming out to share their experience on how this works for them. It is said to provide better sleep, which @dr.karanr has agreed with.
Obviously, questions are being raised as to whether the marriage is healthy or if the couple still wants to be together? The answer to both in this context is ‘yes’ and the sleeping arrangement is just a preference.

In as much as a sleep divorce has been deemed an indicator of the relationship going south, turns out it could in fact help improve your overall health and that of your relationship, as it lessens the chances of arguments.
