August is Women's Month and we asked successful women to share their secrets to success with other women.
To honour Women's Month, we thought it would be fitting to have conversations with successful women and ask them to share the secrets to their success with women who are looking for inspiration.
Our video features women from different walks of life; from TV presenters and musicians to radio presenters and investigative journalists.
As women, sometimes what holds us back is the fear that we might fail if we try to do something or that we won't be good enough, so sometimes we just need a voice that will encourage us to go for what we want and achieve it.
