Billionaire and reality star Kim Kardashian was filmed whilst eating a chia seed pudding for breakfast.
Since the episode was aired on 'The Kardashians' - it went viral on social media.
Chia seed pudding is not only easy to make and delicious, but it is also healthy.
It is creamy, satisfying, and loaded with protein, fiber, and omega-3s. It is also vegan and gluten-free.
If you haven’t tried chia pudding before - now is the time.
It is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack for meal prep, and it’s super easy to make!
Here's the recipe:
- Stir together chia seeds (3-4 tablespoons) and milk (1 cup) in a jar or bowl.
- Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for five minutes. Cover it and put the mixture in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- The chia pudding should be nice and thick, not liquidy.
You can add fruits, honey, and cinnamon if you would like.
