It is exciting to see the progress being made on the translation software.
Recently, Google has added 24 new languages to their translation platform, Google Translate.
Among the new languages added are two South African languages, Sepedi and Tsonga.
The update has been labelled a huge technical milestone by the development team.
Google managed this feat by feeding the software large amounts of data which it translates and gets checked by professional translators before being fed back in to improve the translations.
