The first significant risk of spending too much time on the toilet is that you can build up pressure in your rectum and cause haemorrhoids - talk about a pain in the butt!

The next danger is cross-contamination. By taking your phone with you, you risk moving harmful bacteria to your phone that you can transfer all over.

One of the other issues indicated by the need to spend long periods on the loo is constipation, which can cause people to take their phones and waste time.
