Adele had a very emotional show in Las Vegas recently.

The multi-award-winning singer and songwriter found herself in tears as she connected with one of her fans who lost his wife.

The man, who was part of the audience, held up his phone to Adele, showing a photo of a woman, as she was singing ‘When We Were Young'.

The singer was moved to tears and decided to dedicate a performance of her song, ‘Someone Like You', to the man.

She firstly explained to her audience: “When I walk through the crowd. I wish you could see what I could see. I know I talk to a few people every night, but then I just see little stories of people happening.”

"There was a man, he's just there, holding his phone up. I think that's his wife on the phone, and I don't think she's here, and it just really moved me," Adele explained while wiping tears from her eyes.

She went on to send her condolences to the man.

"I'm so sorry for your loss, and I didn't realize what you were showing me until I was over here.”

She added that as a performer, she gets to connect to her fans on stage and can sometimes see parts of their lives.

"I see these little pockets of people's lives as I walk through and it's so beautiful," she said with tears in her eyes.

The ‘Hello’ hitmaker was performing at one of her 'Weekends with Adele' concerts at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.
