Bruce Springsteen praises Lana Del Rey as the best songwriter around
Not only is Lana Del Rey the best songwriter around, according to Bruce Springsteen, but she is also one of his favourites.
American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey has been praised as the best songwriter by the leader of the E Street Band, Bruce Springsteen.

Springsteen was speaking on the latest episode of his radio series, 'The Boss hosts From His Home To Yours', on SiriusXM.
"Lana is simply one of the best songwriters in the country, as we speak," he said.
"She just creates a world of her own and invites you in. So a big favourite of mine, the lovely Lana Del Rey," he said.
He went on to play Rey's 2012 track, ‘American’.

Springsteen is not the first artist to praise Rey for her incredible musical talent. In 2019, Taylor Swift said Rey was her favourite artist of this decade.
