SAMA-nominee Charlize Berg broke onto the music scene in 2011 with the release of her self-titled debut album. After her debut album, she recorded another album in 2013, ‘Deluxe Weergawe’, and an English album in Los Angeles.

In 2016, she released ‘As Jy Weet Dis Liefde’, which won her an award and saw her nominated for several others. She won the Ghoema Award for 'Best Pop Album of 2017' and was nominated for the SAMA Best Pop Album, Best Female Artist, and Song of the Year.
Berg is also an entertainer of note. She has sung on several big stages, including the International Musexpo Festival, the Jacaranda FM & Spar Carols by Candlelight concert, Sleeping Beauty Theatre production, and the Nedbank Grey College Festival.
One of the highlights of her career was singing the National Anthem at the 2013 rugby match between Australia and the Springboks.
