Ivan Roux covers Refentse and Tarryn Lamb hits - and it's amazing!
Ivan Roux paid tribute to two of his favourite local artists on his Instagram - and the result will give you goosebumps.
The singer from Centurion has been rocking the local music scene since placing second in VIA TV's reality singing competition, 'Die Kontrak', and his latest covers of the most beautiful Afrikaans songs are a must-watch!

On Wednesday, Roux shared a short video of him covering Refentse's 2018 hit song, 'Reisiger'. Refentse's cinematic music video for the song features popular actors Christia Visser and Zak Hendrikz. Their relationship starts out passionately, but then spirals out of control as a result of Hendrikz' character's alcohol addiction.
The song instantly became another massive hit for the Ghoema winner, with Refentse - once again - showing off his incredibly strong and raw vocal - and it is safe to say that Roux did this cover justice.

A few hours thereafter, Roux shared another cover, this time covering songstress Tarryn Lamb's 'Geheueverlies'. Lamb released a breathtaking music video for this beautiful ballad in April 2019 and it has been viewed more than 250,000 times on Youtube.
