Students arrested at Higher Education briefing

A handful of students were arrested when they tried to occupy the offices of the Department of Higher Education and Training in Pretoria on Tuesday.
Minister Blade Nzimande was addressing the media about the wave of student protests that have gripped the country and forced several universities to suspend classes.
