"Hi Rob and Roz
I would appreciate your opinion. I am a mother of two and my kids both do swimming training.
They're currently training three times a week. I struggle to get my kids to take a bath after training because they feel like they are already clean after a day of swimming.
But it also did get me wondering: Should people take a bath or a shower after they’ve been in the pool or is it unnecessary?
