Zuma wants to halt Madonsela state capture report
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
President Jacob Zuma wants to approach the court for an urgent interdict to prevent outgoing Public Protector Thuli Madonsela from releasing her report on state capture.

Madonsela is expected to release a draft report tomorrow into allegations that President Zuma played a role in this.
Tomorrow is her last day in office.
Her spokesperson, Kgalalelo Masibi, says Madonsela received a notice of intention of the application today.
"The purpose of the interdict is to stop her from releasing the report tomorrow on the grounds that the President would like to cross examine the witnesses and evidence first, before the Public Protector releases her report," she said.
