Ballot concerns in Tlokwe
Updated | By Pieter van der Merwe
Both the EFF and Independent Councillors say they will lay a dispute with the IEC and open a criminal case.

It comes after their meeting with IEC officials over discrepancies they say compromised the ballots.
The EFF's Samuel Mgomezulu says they won't stop until they are satisfied with a fair result.
"We are going to demand by-elections, because we don't see the elections as free and fair," he said.
They raised concerns after allegations that ballots weren't properly transported in Ward 26 as well as the alleged missing 300 votes in Ward 21.
