Results are still coming in with the Western Cape standing at more 70% of votes counted.

The EFF in Limpopo is determined to stay in second place and so far the party hold second place in EFF Leader, Julius Malema's home province.
Provincial coordinator Jossey Buthane says that the party is contesting in municipal election for the first time and that any number is a good one.
In Gauteng the ANC has passed the DA as the front runners in the province, while the DA still has a firm grip on the Western Cape.
In Tlokwe in the North West a few glitches were reported late yesterday but voting ran smoothly in that area.
Tlokwe is the only municipality where voters had to register their addresses in order to vote, but despite difficulties, residents came out in their numbers to make their mark.
