just a civic duty.

Madonsela cast her ballot at Lynnwood Primary School early on Wednesday morning.
South Africans are heading to the polls in what has been described as the most hotly contested election since 1994.
The outgoing Public Protector says this election is a milestone in our democracy.
She encouraged South Africans to make their mark and stressed the importance of voting.
