Malema confident as he casts his vote
Updated | By Maidi Monareng
EFF leader Julius Malema has cast his vote, together with his wife and grandmother in his hometown Seshego, Limpopo.
Malema said whether the EFF wins or not, the party has fought a good fight for the Local Government Elections.
Malema also expressed his concern over the position of ballot boxes and said he would take it up with the Independent Electoral Commission.
"It gave people an opportunity to stand behind the voter and that compromises the secrecy of that ballot and that vote," he said.
Malema also encouraged residents in Vuwani to go and vote.
"It is ANC people who know they are not going to be mayors after the elections, because Vuwani is no longer under Makhado. The mayor of Vuwani is central in destabilising that area."
