Gauteng Premier, David Makhura got inline early on Wednesday morning to make his mark in the 2016 Municipal Elections.

David Makhura is the current Premier of Gauteng following his appointment in 2014.
Makhura earlier this year focussed on the youth and urged them to vote in the elections.
In June he addressed a group of Gauteng citizens, drawn from the public and private sector in commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of the youth month.
The group consisted mostly of 40-year-olds who are a bridge between two significant periods in the history of South Africa.
They were the first cohort of young people eligible to vote in 1994.
