Tlokwe residents want better services
Updated | By Pieter van der Merwe
As Election Day dawns, residents of Tlokwe in the North West are preparing for an historic vote.

It's the only municipality where residents have to register with their addresses in order to cast their vote following a Constitutional Court ruling.
Residents are adamant to participate in what is widely considered a test case for future elections and residents insist that their votes will go to the candidate and party who they believe will better their daily lives.
Political analyst at the North West University, Andre Duvenhage says the new leaders have their work cut out for them.
"There are serious challenges with regards to finances, management and service delivery in general," he told Jacaranda FM News.
Duvenhage added that Potchefstroom also faces the same challenges of accommodating the needs and interests of the people at a general level.
