Celine Dion struggles to find medicine, says sister

Celine Dion's sister, Claudette Dion, gave a heartbreaking update on her sister's health, saying that her sister is struggling to find medicine for Stiff Person Syndrome that works. 

Celine Dion's Billboard Awards performance left the internet speechless!

In December, the award-winning singer, Celine Dion, announced that she was diagnosed with a rear disorder, Stiff Person Syndrome.

According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, Stiff-person syndrome (SPS) is a rare, progressive neurological disorder. Symptoms may include Stiff muscles in the trunk (torso), arms, and legs. Greater sensitivity to noise, touch, and emotional distress, which can set off muscle spasms.

Celine Dion's sister, Claudette Dion, since moved in with her and her children to help take care of the family. 

Claudette recently gave an update and said her sister is struggling to get medicine that works.

"We can't find any medicine that works, but having hope is important."

"I honestly think that she mostly needs to rest. She always goes above and beyond, she always tries to be the best and top of her game," she continued. 

"At one point, your heart and your body are trying to tell you something. It's important to listen to it."
