Charlie Sheen's former fiancée Brett Rossi insists she has filed a lawsuit against him because she wants "justice" and not money.
The former fiancée of Charlie Sheen has filed a lawsuit against the 'Anger Management' star where she claims he was "negligent" and has left her "emotionally distressed" in not revealing to her he was HIV positive but she has insisted she's not in it for the money.
She told FOX411: "I want justice. If I wanted money, I would have kept our child. If I wanted money, I would have kept quiet. I want justice.
"If he would have told me from day one, from the first time that we met, there would have never been a relationship. I never would have been sexually active with him.
"I stayed because when we had a heart to heart. I asked him, is this for real, is this what you want, is this forever, now and forever? He said yes, I want to marry you, I want to have a family with you, I want to have normal life."
However, the star refutes the allegations, which also includes assault.
His lawyer Martin D. Singer said: "Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross.
"We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her."
