Colour of the year leaves the rest green with envy
The Pantone Colour Institute has announced its colour of 2017 - "greenery".
According to an article in Time Magazine, the colour symbolizes regard for the environment and comes at a time when Americans are in dire need of hope.
"The idolized colour authority announced its choice of the shade Pantone 15-0343 (generally called "greenery") on Thursday. Pantone chooses a colour each year that it expects to appear prominently in fashion, products, design and life-as well as reflect prevailing mood or sentiments," CNN Money reported.
