DJ Zinhle: I am happier than ever
DJ Zinhle told Jacaranda FM's Complimentary Breakfast this morning that she is happier than ever after splitting from rapper, AKA.
This comes months after it emerged that AKA allegedly cheated on Zinhle with media personality Bonang Matheba.
"I am happier now than what I was with him but he gave me a beautiful child," she said.
Zinhle also added that she is still on a journey of self-discovery journey at the moment and that all break-ups have that effect on a person.
She said that once you get over the initial heart-ache you start focussing on yourself and improving your body image.
"All break ups do that for you. You start cutting you hair, riding bikes....I am definitely stable and happy," she said.
Zinhle did concede that she learnt a great deal about herself having to deal with a very public break-up and war of words between her and her baby's father, AKA.
Last week AKA took to twitter and lashed out at Zinhle, while she responded by saying she is still the mother of his child.
"The body heals, the soul heals, and your heart heals," Zinhle said.
